Accountability for Data Processing

If you use the contact form, your email address will be used solely for sending the contact form and, if necessary, to get in touch with you. Your email address will not be stored in a database but will only be processed as a standard email in our email application. If you would like us to delete your email correspondence, please let us know via the contact form.

We do not process or store any personal data.

The use of our AI tools is entirely at your own risk.

The answers provided by our AI tools are generated using Artificial Intelligence and may contain errors. Always verify all information before using it.

Privacy statement MedAIhub.nl

We recommend that you read this privacy and cookie statement carefully.

If you use the email service offered in the AI tools on the MedAIhub.nl website, your personal data will be processed. It only concerns your e-mail address. Your email address will be used once to send the response from the AI tool. Your email address will not be stored by MedAIhub. 

If you use the AI tools on the MedAIhub.nl website, the data you enter into the AI tools will be processed by OpenAI ChatGPT. All this data can be used by OpenAI to train the Large Language Model and thus become publicly available. It is your responsibility as a user to consider the confidentiality of the data you enter when entering information into the AI tools. MedAIhub does not accept any liability!

MedAIhub does not use cookies on the website. 

In our processing, we comply with the requirements set by Dutch and European privacy legislation. This means, among other things, that we:

1. clearly state the purposes for which we process personal data. We do this through this privacy and cookie statement;
2. do not collect personal data;
3. use a secure HTTPS connection;

Use of personal data

Purposes of processing

We only process the personal data referred to above if and to the extent necessary in the context of:

1. Sending emails with the AI tools' answers to your questions. Your e-mail address will not be stored by us. 
2. using the services we offer on the MedAIhub website
3. answering questions asked to MedAIhub, for example via the contact form on the website. 

Retention periods

We do not store your data for longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose for which we process your data or for as long as is necessary to comply with a legal requirement.

Provision to third parties

We will not provide the data you provide to other parties if you have not given permission for this, unless this is required by law or necessary in the context of an agreement you enter into with us.

Security

We ensure that your personal data is protected in a state-of-the-art way against misuse and unauthorized access. The connection to the MedAIhub website server is provided with an SSL certificate, which means that confidential information is sent encrypted and your data cannot be intercepted. Name and e-mail address data are stored on a PC protected with BitLogger. In this way, we ensure that only the necessary persons have access to your data, that access to the data is protected and that our security measures are regularly checked.

Right of access, correction and deletion

If you have provided us with personal data, you can send us a request to view, change or delete this data. You can submit this request by sending an e-mail to ps.vanderwal@inter.nl.net. There are no costs associated with this. 

We are legally obliged to respond to your request within four weeks. Under Dutch and European privacy legislation, you also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority against this processing of personal data. You can contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority for this.

Minors

Persons who have not yet reached the age of 16 may only use the MedAIhub platform and the services offered on it under the supervision of their parents or legal representatives.

Third-party websites

By using the MedAIhub website and the AI tools, you indicate that you accept our privacy policy. We respect the privacy of all users of the MedAIhub platform and ensure that the personal data you provide to us is treated confidentially.

This privacy policy applies only to the services of MedAIhub.nl. You should be aware that MedAIhub is not responsible for the privacy policies of other websites and sources. We recommend that you read the privacy statement of other websites before using them.

Changes to this privacy statement

This privacy statement is tailored to the use of and the possibilities on the MedAIhub.nl website. Any adjustments and/or changes may lead to changes in this statement. Changes will be published on this website. It is therefore advisable to consult this statement regularly so that you are aware of these changes.
